Locksmith PRO offers emergency and scheduled locksmith services, including door opening, lock repair and replacement, car locksmith services, and related security solutions. Service availability may vary depending on location (Lisbon, Cascais, Sintra, and surrounding areas).

2. Emergency Call-Outs

• Emergency services are available 24/7, subject to technician availability.

• Response times provided are estimates and may vary due to traffic, distance, or other factors beyond our control.

• A minimum call-out fee applies to all emergency requests, regardless of whether the issue is resolved on-site.

3. Prices and Payment

• Prices are provided before work begins whenever possible. In some cases (e.g., lockouts), an exact cost can only be confirmed after assessment on-site.

• All payments must be made immediately upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Prices shown on our website or promotional material are indicative and may vary depending on the complexity of the job.

4. Cancellations

• If you cancel a service after the locksmith has been dispatched, the call-out fee will still apply.

• New locks, keys, and parts installed by Locksmith PRO are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

• Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, attempted repair by third parties, or forceful entry (e.g., burglary, police intervention).

6. Liability

• Locksmith PRO is not responsible for indirect damages, loss of income, or property damage arising from necessary work performed to gain entry (e.g., drilling a lock when no alternative is possible).

• Customers are responsible for providing proof of property ownership or authorization to request locksmith services.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

• We collect personal data (such as name, phone number, and address) solely for the purpose of providing locksmith services.

• Your data will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lisbon.
