Where to make key copies in Lisbon?
A lot of people ask us where to make copies in Lisbon. At the moment we dont make copies for lack of a space in the city center. So we recomend the following places:
🔑 Residential Key Duplication in Lisbon City Center
1. JMTD Lda
📍 Address: Calçada do Combro 3, 1200-110 Lisboa, Portugal
🕒 Schedule: 9:30–13:00 / 14:30–18:00 (Weekdays)
This small but reliable key shop is located right in the city center and handles most common residential keys. Their service is quick, and they’re known for doing a clean job. However, they may not have advanced key blanks (e.g., dimple or security keys).
2. Martim Moniz Metro Station
📍 Inside Martim Moniz Metro – one of the side entrances
This place is a bit tricky to find, but it's one of the cheapest options in central Lisbon. Look for the small kiosk inside one of the entrances. They’re efficient and well-known by locals.
🔑 Note: They do not copy dimple keys — only standard flat keys.
3. Rossio Metro Station

If you enter from the wrong side, you may not find it unless you pay to get into the metro system and exit again — so be careful with your route!
That said, they do copy dimple keys, and their machines are quite advanced compared to the others.

🧠Pro Tips:
Always bring the original key in good condition — worn keys can lead to faulty copies.
If you have a dimple key (with holes instead of cuts), confirm that the shop has the right equipment before going.
